Our Spaces

St. Andrew's United has several attractive and functional rental spaces available.  Our building easy to get to:

By car, we have a parking lot in front of out building right on Upper Paradise just off Mohawk Rd. W.

We have additional parking lot in the back of the building off Costain Crt.

  By public transit, we are on the main bus Route 34 (Upper Paradise)  and Route 41 (Mohawk Rd.).

  We provide heat, light, chairs, tables, washrooms access, snow clearing, reasonable garbage disposal.

  You will need to allow time in your rental for table/room set-up and clean-up.

Smoking, gambling and alcohol are not permitted in the facility.

If after reviewing the information about our space you are interested in pursuing a rental, or making any additions/changes to a previous rental agreement, please contact our office.

If you are a member of St. Andrew's, please contact the office for the Members Agreement.

Non-Member's Agreement

HALL

Cost: $200

Description: Maximum occupancy of 299  people standing and 254 persons with chairs and tables. Tables and Chairs are available. The Hall is located on the main level, therefore wheelchair accessible.

KITCHEN

Cost: $50

Description: You can add-on the kitchen to any rom rental. It is fully equipped, certified kitchen with two electric stove-tops and ovens, a microwave, three system sink, and lots of counter space. stand-up fridge and freezer.

Sorry, dishes, dishwasher and food (such as coffee and tea) are not included for use in rental of this space.

MEETING ROOMS

Cost: $50

Description: We have meeting rooms of different sizes available for up to 40 person capacity.

EVENT SUPERVISOR

Cost: $50

Description: The event supervisor is necessary for rentals and will arrive to opens up before,  and lock up after your event as we do not hand out keys.
